Justin Hung is a licensed attorney at Joseph Kaufman & Associates with a background in consumer protection. During law school, he served as lead articles editor at the Pepperdine Journal of Business & Entrepreneurship Law and worked with startups at Pepperdine’s startup clinic to help them begin their businesses in compliance with applicable laws. He also worked with BDO Limited and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius to assist with auditing large companies and preparing them for initial public offerings, respectively.
Prior to joining Joseph Kaufman & Associates, Justin served as in-house counsel to CJ America Inc., the U.S. headquarters of a Korean conglomerate with operations in the entertainment, food, cosmetics, and logistics industries, where he advised on marketing and advertising law, food, drug and cosmetics law, data privacy law, intellectual property law, retail and e-commerce compliance, labor and employment law, and environmental law, among other things.
