Brian Tan

Brian Tan is an associate attorney at Joseph Kaufman & Associates.

Brian earned his Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law in 2017, where he was on the Business Law Review and Mock Trial Honor Society. Prior to law school, Brian graduated from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C., where he worked at the U.S. Department of State.

Before joining the firm, Brian built a diverse litigation background working at civil litigation firms, the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, and the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office. Throughout his career, Brian has been a dedicated advocate for others, and he continues that commitment by seeking favorable results for consumers across California.
