Brian Lynn is Senior Counsel at Joseph Kaufman & Associates. His focus is primarily on assisting with the representation of consumers in matters that involve breaches of contract and warranty, false advertising, unfair trade practices, and violations of the Consumer Legal Remedies Act. Prior to joining Joseph Kaufman & Associates, Brian was a partner at a multistate law firm and handled an array of litigation involving individuals, hospitals, Fortune 500 companies, and companies operating in the ride share and professional sports industries.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Brian was a Senior Mutual Fund Accountant for Mellon Capital Management.
