Ford F-150 Lemon Law

Ford Motor Company is recalling over 870,000 F-150 pickup trucks because of a wiring harness issue that can cause brakes to activate randomly while driving.

Ford F-150 drivers might be alerted by the brake warning light appearing on the dashboard when the problem occurs.

According to the manufacturer, over 900 warranty claims related to this problem have been received to date.

The recall includes 2021-2023 F-150 models with single exhausts that were manufactured between January 8, 2020, and February 25, 2023.

Ford will contact owners and leasers of the models affected and will provide a fix free of charge at their local dealership. You can also check the NHTSA website with your VIN number to find out if there are any pending recalls on your vehicle.

If you’re experiencing issues with a 2021 – 2023 Ford F-150 that have not been fixed in a reasonable number of attempts while under warranty, Joseph Kaufman and Associates can help you file a lemon claim to get your pickup truck repurchased or cash compensation.
