Aaron Yadegari

– ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY –

Aaron Yadegari is an associate attorney at Joseph Kaufman & Associates who handles lemon law claims from their initial filing all the way through trial. Before joining the firm, Mr. Yadegari worked at a civil litigation firm where he gained practical experience in all phases of litigation. During this time, he frequently took and defended depositions and was responsible for drafting and opposing various legal motions.

Mr. Yadegari earned his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law. Prior to law school, he attended the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he graduated with a degree in History.

Driven by a commitment to consumer protection, Mr. Yadegari focuses his practice on holding large manufacturers accountable. He was drawn to lemon law after seeing manufacturers prioritize corporate profits over the safety and well-being of consumers. Mr. Yadegari joined Joseph Kaufman & Associates to serve as a shield for consumers and to ensure that the firm’s clients receive the justice and results they deserve.
