Cadillac Lemon Law

GM is recalling an additional 14,500+ SUVs and trucks because of a flaw with the brake-assist system that could lead to crashes and injuries.

This recall affects vehicles that should have been part of a 2019 recall over the same brake issue. A vibrating brake pedal, ticking noise, brake assist dashboard light or variation in brake pedal pressure might be a good sign your car has a faulty brake-assist system.

This new recall includes some of the following 2018 models that were manufactured between May and September 2017: Cadillac Escalade, Chevy Silverado, Chevy Tahoe, GMC Sierra and GMC Yukon.

GM vehicle owners can check the NHTSA website to find out if there is an open recall on their SUV’s and trucks. In this case, GM dealerships will fix this problem for free with a software update.

If you own any of these Cadillac, Chevrolet or GMC vehicles and are experiencing issues that haven’t been fixed in a reasonable number of attempts while under warranty, Lemon Law Aid can help you file a lemon claim to get your vehicle replaced or repurchased.
