If you are considering filing a lemon law claim, you need to make sure you have all your paperwork ready, which will be used for your claim.
This means you need to gather any correspondence you might have had with the manufacturer and/or dealership as well as all sales and service records supporting your claim. Also make sure you followed warranty guidelines and have proof doing so.
Last but not least, we are recommending sending letters via certified mail with return receipts – that you should keep for your records – to make sure they reach their destination.
