The San Fernando Valley Bar Association’s “CA’s Lemon Law Procedures: What Changed & What’s the Same” is a free, one-hour program for SFVBA members. The program examines California’s new lemon law procedures under Code of Civil Procedure § 871.20 et seq., including how the changes have affected the evaluation, litigation, and resolution of Song-Beverly cases one year into the new rules.
The event will be held on September 29, 2026, and feature experienced lemon law attorney Joseph A. Kaufman, Esq., who represents California consumers, and Richard Stuhlbarg, Esq., who represents automotive and consumer product manufacturers. The CLE will be introduced by the Hon. Paul A. Bacigalupo (Ret.).
The webinar is open to all practice areas, provides 1.00 General MCLE credit through the State Bar of California, and will be held remotely via Zoom, with the Zoom link provided one hour before the program begins. You can register here.
