As Honda fought a class action involving AC and AC condenser defects in 2015 – 2019 Honda Civic vehicles, it appears that Honda concedes that the AC condensers in those models were not manufactured to specification, thus causing an excessive number of AC failures in Honda Civic vehicles. This manufacturing error in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 Honda Civics has led to many AC problems for Honda Civic owners.

Fortunately in California if you own or lease a vehicle covered by the manufacturer’s warranty that cannot be repaired in a reasonable number of attempts, California’s lemon law offers protection and may require that the car company buy back your lemon or settle your lemon law claim.
