GMC Lemon Law Help

Presented last year at the LA Auto Show, the 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 already has all the characteristics of a lemon, leading GM to issue four safety recalls regarding some significant safety flaws.

The first one, NHTSA Recall #20V116000, concerns faulty bolts used to secure the front and rear brake calipers which might fail and hinder brake performance.

The second NHTSA recall (#19V888000) focuses on electrical system connection issues which might result in the vehicle stalling with a risk of fire.

Over-pressurization of the fuel system is the subject of a third recall #19V837000, which might cause leaks, cracking of the fuel pump and, once again, fire risk.

The fourth recall, #19V814000, concerns another risk of fire, this time recognizing the potential for hot gas coming from a seat belt vent which might ignite carpet flooring.

With a price tag in excess of $50,000, 2020 GMC Sierras are already on track to be one of the lowest rated vehicles of the year, making them likely candidates for lemon law refunds.

If you own a 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 and are experiencing some of these issues which haven’t been fixed in a reasonable number of attempts while under warranty, Lemon Law Aid can help you file a lemon claim to get it replaced or repurchased.
