Consumer Reports magazine just released their annual reliability survey which uses feedback from 500,000 vehicle owners to create reliability rankings. One of the highlights of the survey was Tesla’s drop from 21st to 27th.

Tesla’s poor performance was mostly due to its Model S suspension issues in 2017 which the manufacturer attributes to a supplier-related software problem which it claims has now been fixed. As for the Model X and 3, their reliability scores remain average.

With Tesla being notoriously slow when it comes to fixing issues, we encourage you to contact us for a free case evaluation if your vehicle has been requiring several repairs without success while being under warranty.
