Vehicle manufacturer General Motors has just announced it is discontinuing its Chevrolet Cruze, Impala and Volt models. Designed to cut costs, this move isn’t surprising as American consumers have been steering away from sedans, turning instead their attention to cross-overs, SUV’s, pick-up trucks and electric cars.

General Motors will stop production for these cars from Spring to Winter 2019 but do not worry if you own one of these models as maintenance, parts and repairs will remain available in the coming years.

If you are experiencing issues with a Chevy Cruze, Impala or Volt while it’s still under manufacturer warranty, you will still be able be to file a lemon law claim if the defects haven’t been fixed in a reasonable number of attempts.
